The quiet location with access to all amenities is, for the most part, distinguished by private villas. Long, gentle sand beaches that glide into the sea mix with intimate sand-stone inlets and planned harbor promenades.
At the ‘Felix and Mara’ location in the ‘La Riviera’ part of town, there are no densely-crowded beaches and no high-rises. The large vacation centers are several kilometers in the distance. You will be living in a quiet area where you will be able to hear
the rush of the sea. Without needing your car, you will be able to walk in your bathing gear to the salt waters of the sea. Or you can enjoy the gentle waters of the pool. Access to the beach is only 3m from the edge of the property.
Access to Supplies
The small, neighborhood, supermarket allows you to shop very conveniently without having to carry things for a distance or having to drive with your car. You can purchase fresh bread for your breakfast, meat for your barbeque, and all types of beverages. If you don’t want to heat up your kitchen, then you can enjoy typical Spanish cuisine at the nearby Ristorante ‘La Riviera’. Senor Santos, the chef, cooks here all year long. This is also where you can enjoy a Cappuccino on the terrace, ice cream, or even a fine glass of wine.
Location & Environs
The quite villa town has fascinating sand beaches with a comfortable climate which invites you to enjoy excursions in the interesting environs or the many possibilities for leisure activities. The villa can be your starting point for bicycle tours through the hills of the back country or the level beach region. You have access to 2 golf courses and tennis courts which are close-by (3 to 7 km away).
You can also take advantage of reasonably-priced excursions on the local railways which travels approximately 100m from the coast and stops in Hospitalet. You can visit Barcelona without having to worry about parking, enjoy a sightseeing bus tour there or visit the Port Aventura amusement park or Tortosa in the Ebro Valley.
